AUSTRALIA
We offer free standard shipping within Australia.
INTERNATIONAL
We offer international shipping. Shipping prices are calculated on weight and location of the order. International orders may be subject to extra costs such as duties and taxes, we do not cover these.
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1 - 5 business days for your order to be processed. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Orders are usually delivered within 2 - 7 business days. For international orders please allow an extra 8 - 15 business days.
We will not take responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items. If your package is marked as delivered and you have not received it, please follow up with the shipping carrier. In this case we will not replace packages.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
We do not offer refunds for sizing errors, however we can exchange your item for another size given it is not sold out.
If you were sent the wrong item or your item is defective, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you believe your are eligible for a refund email us at info@alzaticlo.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you information and instructions on how to progress with the return.
It may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@alzaticlo.com.
Note we do not cover cost of shipping on returns / exchanges.
ALZATI reserves the right to reject return requests if they do not comply with our return and refund policy.
